Anthology 3 Editorial Board:
Lorie Getz reported we have about 168 pages of submissions and need closer to 200 pages. Problem areas with
submissions are:
o        Documents not being saved as a .doc, .txt, or .rtf. We can’t print and edit them in other formats.
o        Paragraphs not being indented properly.  Use tab key, not space bar.
o        The board’s failure to specify uniform title format: 12-point font, centered, not bold, one line skipped
before text begins.
Submission guidelines will be emailed to membership again with title format added.
Marilyn Lorenz moved that we extend our submission deadline to March 15 to enable more submissions.

Committee on Branding, Marketing, and Public Relations: The following people volunteered for a committee to
consider the IWN anthology brand and title: Marilyn Lorenz, Norm Levy, Gene Youtz, Janet Morris, Ray
Berberian. They will bring 3 or 4 suggestions for cover art and title for Anthology 3 at the March 5 meeting.
